As you said he used to be called Green Hulk until other personalities was introduced. Every of his personality that is green that isn't Savage Hulk can also be called Green Hulk. So, we should stick with Savage Hulk as it's a name most fan use when describing The Childlike Version of Green Hulk.

He has been described as Banner's inner child for a long time, but is probably too abused and traumatised to be called innocent exactly.

But the point is that he isn't savage. It is extremely misleading. A few other other incarnations are definitely savage, but not Banner's inner child.
All of this seems fine to apply, but justifications via scaling need to be added to some of his speed ratings.

Speed is fine, keep the same name. “Childlike” isn’t anymore cannon then savage plus the main hulk persona is generally anything but childlike for most of his appearances

I am not referring to the main persona for the past few decades, but the incarnation that was most prominent during the 1970s and early 1980s, which has almost consistently been referred to as Banner's inner child. A traumatised, lonely, and abused child, but still a child.

Speed should be an easy fix (wasn’t aware Skyfathers were that fast), I can apply that rn.

Thank you. "Innocent Hulk" is a much better name than "Savage Hulk", but still not quite right, as he has still had quite a lot of property-destroying tantrums and suffered extreme amounts of abuse, so I think that "Childlike Hulk" fits better.
