How to advanced search characters by Tier and Characteristics

How do I Advanced search characters by Tier, characteristics, powers, etc on the fandom website?

For example, Live-Action Characters +Tier 3 + Gender: male = a list of characters with the queried tags.

You have to create a sandbox and write a DPL script in it.

A DPL would be formatted as follows:
<DPL>
category = Live-Action Characters
category = Tier 3
category = Male Characters
</DPL>
