How good would Erza be if she had all the positive, best qualities of all her armors all rolled into one?

@Gargoyle. Problem is, Erza's not that OP. If you combine all of her armors, she'd just be a much, MUCH, weaker version of Galacta Knight with worse Spatial manipulation to boot.

Legitimately, she's just be an MHS+ island buster that can potentially ignore shields, wields a Yamato like sword, and has some anti magic properties. That's not OP

I think he means OP in comparison to her allies, not OP in general. I haven't watched much Fairy Tail, but she was basically the "insta-win" team mate, from what I've watched.

@cal ur also forgetting telekinesis, flight, resistance and manipulation of some elements, energy manipulation etc Ur right of course she won't be OP in the grand scheme of things but considering her already versatile skill set put into a single armour? I'd say she's nothing if not formidable at that point

Attack Potency: On the level of flame pants and Nakagami armour (imagine her attacks which finished Azuma and Minerva but she can spam them)

Speed: On the level of flame pants and Flight armour (her two swiftest)

Durability: On the level of her Adamantine Armour (but she does not sacrifice mobility)
