I know nothing about honkai impact, but I saw their profiles and it seems that they have a kind of ''comic'', is it inside of the game?

Their different stories on mihoyo’s official sites some are canon and affect the main timeline/story we follow and some just exist in their own random bubble universe
They aren’t must reads in order to understand the game but they’re recommended since they recontextualize and add context to a lot of things

At that point you may as well restrict the Star of Eden in general since he hasn’t really used it at such a low level of power before to my knowledge
Problem is even then Emiya is 26 Gigatons so welt would one shot him harder than he one shot Benares
His low 6-B shield tho might prevent an early one shot tho but eventually he would get tagged

Sometimes I'm annoyed at how strong Honkai Impact is.
All the "simillar" characters (in this case Welt and EMIYA, who can both reconstruct things they understand) are far too different in terms of power.
I.e.
Durandal and Saber
Welt and EMIYA
Napoleon and Napoleon
Dracula and Dracula (I think); ect.
And all of them are in honkai impacts favor

Welt had a hero who died extremely early in his life and inherited something from him in a way and gained an extremely heroic set of ideals to proceed to live his life by just like EMIYA/Shirou with Kiritsugu inheriting his will and the concept of becoming a hero which is cool

Houkai Gakuen 2 is stupidly stronger compared to honkai impact 3rd. Mid tiers are casually planet level physically and have stupidly strong hax, while god tiers like Jhana are able to casually shit out universes and do really weird shit
