Homelander Tier Upgrade

In this video, Homelander use his heat vision to destroy a plane. According to this, destroying a plane would result in High 8-C.

Conclusion, Homelander got upgrade to Large Building level

That result is gotten from completely fragmenting a plane, and that was only half of it through a heat based laser.

But the laser craved through it mean Homelander would have destroy it completely if he wanted.

No it doesn't, there nothing that proves he could've shattered the whole thing. In fact if he could've done that I'm certain he would've done it instead of cutting it.

Not only that but it's the wrong plane anyway, shattering that wouldn't be High 8-C. The plane used in the calc is a Boeing 747, that plane is far smaller. So this isn't going to be High 8-C.
