High 7-C Tournament: Yusuke Urameshi vs Speed o Sound Sonic

Speed Equalized takes away Sonic's defining trait and advantage he has in his own lore. And since it's speed equalized, and Yusuke has been shown to deal with people faster than him like Hiei even in close quarters, I think he takes this. Yusuke has been shown to compete with skilled fighters and martial artists, Sonic is trained by the ninja village and shouldn't be lacking in the skill department either. Sonic has smoke bombs, exploding shuriken, kunai, and his sword, Yusuke has his spirit energy manipulation and attacks. Does this Yusuke have a limit to how many spirit guns he can shoot?
