The speed is equal so I choose Garou, who will have the advantage in long battles. Garou's durability will be an obstacle for Sonic.

Well, Sonic should take down Garou quickly, which is a problem because Sonic's strongest point is speed and he really doesn't have a strong enough kill attack.
