Bugs is able to cross over to the real world several times.

This real world is above the Serververse, which contains every Warner Bros franchise, including DC.

There is a DC Comic adaptation of Space Jam 2: A New Legacy, meaning that it is canon to DC Comics.

Looney Tunes also has it's own DC comic and has crossed over with the likes of Superman, Batman, Martian Manhunter and others many times, in and out of the comics.

I mean if you want to talk about DC and Looney Tunes crossovers, there was that 2000 Superman and Bugs Bunny comic where the Toons crossovered with the JLA. One of the highlights of the story was Mr. Mxyzptlk getting overwhelmed by Foghorn Leghorn, Daffy Duck, and Tasmanian Devil in sequence.

And if you want to argue that DC Infinite Frontiers canonized it's entire comic history, then there is notable things to come out of LT's crossovers with DC
