I heard one of Cosmo basic attribute is atomize, probably it won't work towards Hecatia due to powerscaling with Toyohime who can atomize stuff with her fan. Lunar Capital is based on Takamagahara and there are a lot of being who are stronger than Junko, a divine spirits, yet Hecatia is beyond them all.
