Ok, so. Where the hell does Regigigas fight Heatran? I definitely don't recall such anywhere. Unless actually scans came out, Heatran should just be Low 6-B+, because I feel like that this is pretty much a misinformation on it.

I think it is referring to the tcg where a group of cards were dedicated to a fight between heatran and regigigus

Meh, I wouldn't use TCG for scaling since they kinda of do wacky stuff there.
