I'm not seeing Heat Resistance on Cyborg's profile so what exactly is stopping Heatblast from nuking him with anything he attacks Cyborg with?

Cyborg he has teleportation, which could avoid heatblast attacks.

How quickly can he use it and can he spam it back to back? Either way, Heatblast can also just nuke the whole area with his flames passively if he chooses to as shown when just a de-aged toddler version of Heatblast existing nuked the Fountain of Youth.
