well, if that power source is the Chaos Energy which is conceptual shit then no, still Hearts can seal away Shadow ability to use his power, rather than outright nulling power source

it can null flight, unless you flight via wing, rocket booster or something similar. Homing Attacks it can null very well, and often, since Ki blast can homing on target too. The boost is.........what???
Iirc it can null basic Invulnerability. Conceptual things i already said to you that it can't null so..................
