Haru stomps big time. He has country level dc plus he can easily blitz Natsu its not even funny. Plus Haru can slice through magic with his runesave so Haru wins

Runesave works on intangible stuff for instance elemental magic which in this case fire. So for example Natsu uses his breath attack runesave will nullify it so this dragonslayer is not gonna stand a chance even if he chose to fight melee he cant hurt Haru due to having country level durability

Wow,lemme put it this way: you could give natsu a super Saiyan transformation, five weeks worth of steroids and a month to train and he still loses....you could give him the entire guild and he still loses, he'll you could give him endless and he might still lose
