Gwenpool's tier with Magic Rocket launcher

So GP is 2-C via defeating Dormammu with the Magic Rocket Launcher, but shouldn't she be 2-A with equipment now as Dormammu has been upgraded? I just want to make sure

To me it sounds like an outlier that should be removed from her profile.

In addition, nowadays Dormammu is generally portrayed as just another mid-level supervillain, not anywhere near 2-A in terms of scale.

I'm not an expert by any means but I feel like if she's 2-C with a piece of equipment than it should be fine. She's not physically 2-C so it shouldn't be an outlier?

The Magic Rocket Launcher was made by Agamotto like all of Doctor Strange's equipment, so it should be treated as such. Also when was Dormammu upgraded?

The problem is that present day Dormammu is generally treated as tier 9 to 5 depending on the story. Gwen shouldn't scale from him at his peak, so we have to treat it as an Outlier.

But it's not exactly Gwenpool scaling to Dormammu, it's her equipment.

It doesn't matter. Current Dormammu is generally treated as a joke, not a legitimate threat.
