Grandmist Duology AP Update

Update on a few calculations thanks to the new standards regarding supermassive planets.

Coiling Dragon

Orloff and Linley Baruch are currently 4-A but after the update, they are 4-B 47.075 megaFOE.​

Stellar Transformation

Xiao Hei and Hou Fei are currently 4-B with a value of 16.344908 TeraFoe (second highest 4-B...Rip), but after the update, they will be still the same tier just a lot lower 4.445 MegaFoe.​

Qin Yu (Grandmist Duology) also scales to the above update, just that not him personally but his Immortal Puppet.​

Applied the changes since they were evaluated by a calc member, and it was agreed here, plus it's not something controversial and a small change.
