Even if he has higher D hax, he's massively slower than Xiao Hei and he's also outclassed in AP (second highest value, near 4-A on wiki If no one higher appeared). His main attacks are lightning that hits the soul, and will corrode the body. Plus gravity/space law combo being its main attacks. Then mind manip and Air/soundwave.
