Spider 100% wins if he can use the Titanic Lullaby. Through scaling, he should be able to, but he's never done it before.

Without it, he still has Dispel All which can be done passively and is known to affect other power nullification abilities, as well as "Dispel Shields" which are passively granted to him every time somebody nullifies him, thus preventing it from happening again. I'll wait for Zenkai to comment before casting a vote though.

Spider should be able to take the win since Bartleby won against Khorne. The Big Three (Bartleby, Grandmother Raven and Grandfather Spider) are mostly regarded as equals and they each exist to counterbalance each other. If any of the three were to do something, the other two could stop them just through sheer force of will.

It's also been stated that Spider at full power could recreate (or at the very least, replace) the Spiral even after it gets destroyed by his and Raven's conflict with each other, with the original Spiral being created by both Raven and Bartleby. In fact, it's his Chaos Heart which keeps the current Spiral up and running to begin with.

I also believe that Spider should have the Titanic Lullaby, especially since characters much weaker than him were capable of using it, so he should be able to win for roughly the same reasons that Bartleby could (Dispel All + Titanic Lullaby + Attack Reflection via Shadow)

Yeah, Spider should take this since Bartleby won. Spider's purpose of existing is being the perfect counterbalance for Raven, and Bartleby.

His "Dispel All" is the direct counter to Khorne's "Unfair", passively nulliying his own Power Nullifcation, and conceptual attacks, Reality Warping, and anything associated with the seven schools of magic. Khorne's "unfair" is for a lack of a better term, nullified by Dispel All. From that, Spider uses the Titanic Lullaby and puts Khorne to sleep. And before anyone says "b-but can the Lullaby affect Abstract beings?" Yes, yes it can. In fact, Spider was a victim of the Lullaby.
