Captain marvel via better stamina assuming she survives the initial assault. All she gotta do is survive for a few minutes and then guy will turn to ash pretty much.

Well.... I guess it's possible. I mean he pretty much rushed Madara with his strongest at attacks and didn't let up at all. Guy is aware he's on the clock and doesn't mess around. So if the AP gap is enough for a one-shot, then I change my vote to Guy. Otherwise Cap. Is taking it by default.

The feat is done by the Juubi. Juubi<<Juubito<<one-eyed Judara who's around equal to Guy( Guy blew apart half his body with a kick but doing so destroyed said leg)

Might Guy is Stronger and more Skilled, cap. Has the Dura advantage, since his own attacks break him apart, and she also has stamina advantage. Kind of hard to call but I'm still leaning towards Cap. FRA.

Alone with the fact that the only thing that saved Madara was his Regenerationn is enough reason to know that Guy could have killed him that time, and Marvel is way below that and doesn't have such options. She's getting obliterated before Guy fades out.

Well yeah. But that would mean Guy literally can't win any fight because he'll die anyway lmao. Like yes, he'll die afterwards regardless, But doesn't change the fact that he Technically Beat his opponent you know? Unless I'm looking at it the wrong way.

The thing is, Guy dies after the form wears out. This isn't happening before Carol dies, so rather than a suicide attack it's a suicide transformation.

It's like Kaio-Ken's after effects, but way way more extreme.
