He can't do that because Lucci has Soru and Kamisori to close the distance quicker than Heracles.

What AThe said. Literally anything Jack touches is a weapon over 4x stronger than Lucci (with a scaling chain), whether it be a knife, a pebble, or a handful of dust.

So Lucci has superior speed but Jack has superior AP?

Lucci's superior speed without Soru isn't even something Jack can't deal with. I've shown him fighting against someone with a blitz advantage over him as if the advantage wasn't even there, already. The only issue for Jack is if he somehow never turns off Soru and is in a constant never-ending state of speed amplification, which he isn't.

And even if he is, the only reliable way he has to harm Jack whose basically covered in armor via his clothes which can be turned divine is via Rokougan, which is his ultimate technique he doesn't start with.
