- Battle starts from 30 meters away and both are bloodlusted

- Speed is not equalized; Homura's best speed feat is catching a bullet at Mach 619, whereas Tyki's last calc had him easily speedblitzing a Mach 34 character. His intangibility prevents this from being a stomp.

- For AP, Tyki scales significantly above 40 kilotons; Homura is only ~3 kilotons physically, but with weaponry she has a 50 megaton feat

Had to check Yachiyo's profile; apparently her non-physical interaction is elemental in nature, nt phase-based like Tyki's.
