Well considering Gon's more ranged attacks seem to require charge-up and also considering Haruka's mobility, AP and Dura advantage, and experience advantage, I would say she takes this. She would start out the fight by throwing vials which would stun him via status effects and at that point all she needs to do is make her robot chainsaw him to bits. Even if that somehow didn't work the robot can assist Haruka in dodging attacks by pulling her out of harm's way if needed.
