Round 1: Super Saiya-Jin 3 Goku vs Base Marvel Thor

Round 2: Goku can go Super Saiya-Jin 4 (8 or 10x SSJ3's stats, no GT feats though), still normal Thor

Round 3: Super Saiya-Jin God Goku vs Thor

Note: This is canon goku who is only star level+ to large star level, but he can use noncanon aspects like SSJ4, Dragon Fist, absorb Genki Dama, and his energy drain is half as much for SSJ3

Who wins?

I have a question, according to Thor's Profile, he is both Class XKJ and class XTJ, which is normal Thor at, and is there a concrete number for his striking force?

1.Close real Close, but thor Takes this with superior speed and Hax

2. Don't know
What type of hax does Thor have?

Thor is super slow compared to Goku, Goku should easily win. If it was Ruin King Thor, he'd stomp Goku.

That was only with Mjolnir, which his profile notes is only flight speed.

The Everlasting is correct, Travel Speed means nothing in combat speed. Jetray goes FTL but his combat speed is the same as a human.

Actually, according to Tom Brevoort, who is the one in charge of deciding these things st Marvel Comics, Thor is a bit slower than Wolverine in regular combat.

i heard something like that

but is it true?

if it is, then this aint even a fight

OK no. Im probably sounding hostile but that is absolutely ridiculous. Thor is way higher than Wolverine in speed

That's hard to believe....

I'm not doubting that Tom Brevoort said that, but Thor has showings that contradict what he is claiming. This is a case of Word of God VS what actually happened on panel (multiple times).

My exact thoughts regarding Thor's speed

Well, technically I have seen Thor being outsped by and cut by Wolverine, so I think that this is supposed to be his general level. By my experience most authors tend to make a massive distinction between flight speed and movement speed, and as such I think that characters in this wiki should have to prove their travel speeds and movement speeds separately.

No, it is official. Their handbook speed rankings as far back as the Master edition have been on the same level as Spider-Man. Our fandom convenience in this area does not at all match up with the way that most fiction authors handle the issue.

Well, that rationale goes for all characters in this wiki. I think that they should all individually have to prove their movement speed and flight speed limits separately.

Wouldn't SSJ3 Goku have ftl combat speeds from the feats with the Death Beams and Imprisonment Light Ball?

there things wrong with his post and the fact that he is bringing up SPC is solar system level....

i don't really want to have to deal with this

His username explains...

And I believe we have gone through the "Solar System-busting Cell" ages ago. No need to dig that up again. It's like "Thor described his Thermo-blast as Universe-shaking and no one bats an eye, Cell stated he would blow up the Solar System and everybody loses their mind"

Wouldn't these feats all count as relativistic+ level speed feats or are they all considered outliers?

Freeza's Death Beams were way beyond the Z-Fighter's perceptions, now when they say they "see" something, they mean seeing with Chi Signatures (A Chi Blast counts as a Chi Signature)

Piccolo is the one who said it was like a flash of light, and I think he would be a bit hypocritical if he was really using his eyes for that part, also these characters are hypersonic+ in speed already with much higher perception in eye-sight and definitely Chi tracking, yet they could not track or see the Death Beams.

Goku was still able to swipe him away. As a SSJ he could even dodge them

Goku would have had to escaped the explosion right before the temperatures even got hot, I do not know how quick it takes for that, he would have gone across ~100 meters (Just a lowballed assumption of the distance between the Z-fighters and the explosion) in that timeframe.

MSSJ Goku manages to react to a Kamehameha that should be pretty fast, it went a distance double the size of Earth in just a second or two

For Goku's Kamehameha, Cell's Solar Kamehameha = 54.5366885 Septillion Megatons of TNT. SSJ2 Gohan >= Super Perfect Cell, and Vegeta stateed SSJ2 Goku > SSJ2 Gohan.

http://static.comicvine.com/uploads/original/12/129915/3064937-1429866076-gokus.gif

As a lowball, I will make Goku only 1.25x more powerful than Gohan. Which would make it like this

So overall it would look like this

-Base form: 681.70860625 Sextillion Megatons of TNT

-Super Saiya-Jin: 34.0854303125 Septillion Megatons of TNT

-Super Saiya-Jin 2: 68.170860625 Septillion Megatons of TNT

-Super Saiya-Jin 3: 272.6834425 Septillion Megatons of TNT

This is Goku's Super Kamehameha, he has an even more powerful version as a SSJ3 called True Kamehameha. Once agin as a lowball I will say it is only 1.25x more powerful than the Super Kamehameha. This gives it a yield of 340.854303125 Septillion Megatons of TNT.

The GBE of Rigel is 330.544 Septillion Megatons of TNT, destroying Rigel counts as Large Star level, and SSJ3 Goku's True Kamehameha is just a tiny bit above that (Even when lowballing it)

Goku also has the far superior 10x Kamehameha in this match. To determine its power I will use power levels (Sorry if they should not be used)

Goku had a power level of 910 when using the Super Kamehameha while his normal power level is 290. That is a 3.137931x boost.

Goku had a power level of 924 when using the Normal Kamehameha, at the time his power level was 416. That is a 2.22115x boost.

So the Super Kamehameha is 1.412750602x stronger than the normal Kamehameha. Which means SSJ4 Goku's normal Kamehameha = 1.544127843 Octillion Megatons of TNT. SSJ4 Goku's 10x Kamehameha is 15.44127843 Octillion Megatons of TNT. Which would make SSJ4 Goku a high 4-C using these stats

Does this seem accurate or does it take to many assumptions?

Probably too many assumptions, but the thing is that Thor is officially not particularly swift in terms of movement speed, and he is generally only used at level 5-B at best. 4-B was perhaps his most impressive non-outlier feat.

I do kinda not understand how characters who get hit by bullets in comics, are capable of fighting against supposedly FTL characters without much effort (Wolverine is Hypersonic at best, he's on par with Iron Fist if not faster). The wank is truly a powerful thing, fanboyism makes the world go round.

It's more wank from writers and PIS than anything else, actually. Most tend to make their favorite characters win/take on foes who are waaaaay out of their weight class, regardless of normal showings.

Are those combat speed feats above outliers?

Looking at it, how accurate is what I have for Goku's True Kamehameha, is it too high or low?

I haven't had the energy to check through them. Sorry.
