I got Goku's True Kamehameha to be 340.854303125 Septillion Megatons of TNT (340.854303125 Tenatons of TNT) while the energy needed to destroy Rigel (Benchmark for Large Star Category) is 330.544 Septillion Megatons of TNT. This was also from assuming the lowest possible gap in power between SSJ2 Goku and SSJ2 Gohan, and lowballing the multiplier for True Kamehameha (It is a lot stronger than the Super Kamehameha and I made it only 1.25x stronger).

The feats I showed was the Imprisonment Light Ball feat, the Death Beam feat, and this feat where Goku reacts and uses Shunkan Ido to dodge a Kamehameha. I was wondering if any of them were outliers.

Due to new buffs, Goku should take rounds 1 and 2 pretty easily.

If round 3 is supposed to be Thor at his strongest (Rune King), then Thor.

Well i think it is not Rune King Thor but more like Odin Force Thor

Odin Force Thor's upper limits haven't been properly shown, I think. Not sure if having only the Odin Force gives him enough hax to fight SSG Goku, though. If you mean Rune King Thor however, it's a total stomp since he's much more powerful than Odin.
