SSJ3 Goku in Fusion Reborn shook hell, which is the same size of the living universe. Gogeta should be dozens of times stronger than that Base Goku, since the Fusion Dance is stated to be dozens of times stronger than the fusee in the GT Perfect Files. This, along with the fact that Gogeta used SSJ, would make Gogeta 16 times stronger than SSJ3 Goku in the movie, which would be universe level.
