well not exactly knowleadgable on SMT, but i'll comment here anyway, odin has HDE & exists beyond linear time so i doubt any time manip stuff would affect him, he also has Acausality type 4 and can probably survive EE with his High Godly(dont know if it's combat applicable though), can Oma affect higher dimensional beings?

as for what odin starts with, SMT demons usually begin with AP or elemental attacks
