Aye. Aside from the Primordial Realms he created everything else after killing Ymir, but Midgard in particular he kept all for himself. Alongside Asgard.

That and he scales to the combined team efforts of Freya, Atreus and holding-back Kratos.

That's another thing. The Well of Urd is just a lake in Midgard that the Norns live under in Ragnarok. Unless there is a codex that says something is special about the lake.
