God of War: Ragnarok Discussion Thread

If you view them as insignificant as pages on a book, yeah. You only need to be one level of existential superiority higher than the timelines to qualify, but that requires a lot of evidence.
Hopefully, the evidence is there.
Wasn't the Well of Urdr stated to contain said timelines? Which does exist separate from the Realm Travel Room now. The Norns weren't making the timelines to begin with. Could be that they were only just observers.
That's another thing. The Well of Urd is just a lake in Midgard that the Norns live under in Ragnarok. Unless there is a codex that says something is special about the lake.

Kratos is being very brief.

Him saying he used the powers of the Sisters of fate against Zeus could be referring to bringing the Titans to the future to start the second Titanomachy.

That started the string of events that led to Zeus' downfall
Nah, he was being very specific about it because Mimir asked him that part about going back in time to get at Zeus specifically for killing him, not about bringing the Titans to the future. Time Manip and Time Mirror aren't the only powers the Sisters have with them. Remember that Kratos had to **** around with his Thread of Fate to get back to that point in time to get back at Zeus. Further supported by his act of being the Destroyer of Fate in Ragnarok. Also note that the first act of time travel he did was to explicitly smack back at Zeus and take back the Blade of Olympus. Otherwise the Titan power-ups alone wouldn't be enough to land him a win. Ironically tho, even the BoO combined with that wasn't enough to land a win against Zeus.

Kratos was brief, but he goes straight to the point without hiding any truth and only answers as much as the question asks.

Kinda hard to miss the blatant interpretation kratos was giving here.

Also Fate and Time alone weren't enough to land Kratos a win in the final boss fight of GOW2, nor was bringing the Titans to the future doing Kratos any good (Poseidon, Hades and Helios made short of them pretty quickly), hell, even the Soul of Hades himself, Hermes' boots and the Cestuses plus the BoO did nothing for Kratos to give him a win against Zeus, only a stalemate, and barely at that. Kratos was shit out of luck when Fear Zeus emerged, forcing Kratos to finally unleash Hope and kill Zeus once and for all.

Theory

What if Tyr was actually Tyr when found by Kratreus, but then Odin came in, killed him, and became the imposter after Atreus deciphered the masks' words of smoldering earth nd black smoke phrase?

I wonder if Zeus ever had any idea of how powerful he and Kratos were in comparison to the other pantheons? Or vice-versa? Because based on what we see and are told during Ragnarok, I feel that he'd stroll through the Nine Realms unchallenged if he showed up at this rate lol.

Maybe your right.

I guess it wouldn't make it awkward. It'll likely happen anyway, as Freya has more Daughters in Norse mythology and maybe they incorporate them into the series by being Kratos children.

Besides, what else are two immortal beings of the opposite sex gonna do besides bang? And they've set it up well in my opinion. Kratos has never told anyone about his daughter, but he told Freya, and he's constantly thanking her
