God of War: Ragnarok Discussion Thread

Speaking of which, Kratos would also likely have all his resistances from his Norse self (Given that he's now just an immortal Demigod with no other hax to his name save for that which he already showed plus all that which he had in his Greek Demigod days) but upscaled massively. Not that there's much that isn't already covered on his Greek profile, and the rest that will be added once we fully unleash the Claws of Hades onto him.

Ratotaskr states that Nidhogg's offsprings lacking proper guidance could lead to them devouring the nine realms and so he wants you to return them to him so he can be their parental figure. They are found chewing on realm tears.

Lmaoo almost every norse character can destroy nine realms or damage yggdrasil at this point.

What do you think about valkyrie damaging yggdrasil in gow 2018? When one dwarf wrote in his death massage or something like that.

Not sure, but Bruno did say that alternate timelines did exist in GOW2. Ares killing Kratos in the final battle is one of them. Then there's the part where in every timeline that exists Kratos has to follow the loop of GOW2 for GOW3 to exist. But... Kratos violated that loop, killed the Sisters of Fate throughout all time (This is potential proof for Acausality Type 2 for the Sisters), saved Sparta and the Last Spartan, and in turn, robbed himself of the need to obtain the Titan powers, yet he retained those powers anyway.

The crazy thing about GOW3 Kratos is the curse wouldn't even matter. Kratos could atomize Baldur, age him to dust, turn him to stone, rip out his soul, or remove his Godhood entirely with the blade of Olympus. The Aesir would be ******.

Regardless, further proof of Greek > Norse. Imagine if they even found out about the Great Evils or Hope.

Not true tho.

Her power was back to normal. The only part of Odin's curse left when we fight her is the curse that keeps her bound to Midgard.

She had recovered her fighting spirit and her wings.

Doesn’t really answer my question, he has an insane tier 2 feat yeah i know. I’m just wondering what would be the chainscalling for the characters.

Garmr's feat is Tier 2 through and through. Everyone was scared to death because of it.

Thor was holding his own very well against Jormungandr and Surtr at the same time, only got diverted to Kratos after seeing Thrud with him.
 
****. I'm actually ******. I have been the stonewall against straight tier 2 GoW forever, but why is ragnarok so blatant, even from a visual standpoint?!

Also this is beyond goated. Both mimir AND freya are in utter disbelief of what kratos done in the greek pantheon, they thought it mere hearsay and rumours. When kratos confirmed, freya admitted not even the norns has such power. Idk how this stacks for powerscaling, but it is more considerable proof of GoW 3 Kratos>>>
