Gilgamesh vs Donquixote Doflamingo (3 MORE VOTES)

I'll vote for Gil. As we saw from his fight with Herc, when someone is too high in durability (or other defensive hax) then he ups it to weapons that can bypass said defensive hax or durability. He will probably go ahead and bisect Dofy with a spatial axe, or kill him with one of his durability bypassing weapons

Dura negation =/= OHK and Doffy's threads can stop Law's spatial cut... Doffy still has stuffs like precog and extrasensory perception to counter projectile spam or danmaku.

Cool, so Gil just fires shit like Boneless Man, Phantasm punishment, etc.

Not seeing speed equalized, so it basically

Gilgamesh: Mach 587.733991

Doflamingo: >>>>Mach 909

Basically, Gilgamesh will be arrogance, cocky self and refuse to fight Doflamingo seriously, spamming weapons and the likes from a distance. Doflamingo takes advantage of it, using Observation Haki, dodges the projectiles and momentarily blitzing Gilgamesh as he won't think that someone as lowly as Doflamingo is faster before getting one-shotted efortlessly. GG lol

Are we seriously using that PIS fight?

No PIS Law utterly annihilates Doff, let's be honest

Doflamingo's Haki was just stronger than Law's. Nothing more, nothing less. With a strong enough Haki, you can seemingly negate a Devil Fruit's ability from being effective.

No you ******* can't. Tell that to Sugar who has absolutely no haki being able to turn amazing fighters into toys. The only thing they bypass is defensive properties

Now that i think about it, this is f/sn gil we're talking about, the one that get slapped by shirou.

And doffy actually has the speed and precog advantage, doffy can just dodge everything and go for the kill.

Yeah, Gil is in character so he's going to see some really silly looking pirate, hold back a ton and get one shotted

Does he even resist Parasito? That's Doffy usually first move.

But I suggest you just wait. There's someone who can give an even better explanation than any of us about how Doffy would take this.

Looks like there's no specific range or speed restrictions.

According to the Standard Battle Assumptions, they would start 4km apart. Assuming Gilgamesh can not precisely detect Doflamingo's location, this gives Doflamingo a significant advantage, as he would either initiate with body manipulation with his threads (via the standard direction control method, or Parasito--but the latter is generally only utilized in Bird-Cage, and is more random), and Doflamingo utilizes Kenbunshoku Haki, allowing him to know of the presence of Gilgamesh from very early on. Or he would send his Black Knight, as he generally did in Dressrosa to catch his opponents off guard before attacking himself.

  • Side-note: Sha Naqba Imuru confuses me with its functions, if anyone can clarify.
Doflamingo also has the speed advantage, seeing as how he's (way above) nearly double the speed I can see Gilgamesh scaling to.

Gilgamesh may have dura negating attacks, but unless he lands a successful hit that decapitates Doflamingo, it's very unlikely Doflamingo is going down due to the fact he can simply apply his threads to his own body to keep himself alive and repair his organs and tissue over time. Gilgamesh is significantly lower in Durability, so even the Black Knight could possibly kill him if it isn't destroyed first (pretty difficult to do so considering the BK can fight just fine after having its head ripped off).

Doflamingo has also one-shot several characters scaling over 800MT in durability (Sanji, Smoker, Luffy [twice], and ripping Law's arm off), and considering Gilgamesh's Durability is significantly lower than any of them (basically base-line since I think it comes from a statement of Berserker destroying a mountain).

So basically, here's how it's likely to go down:

Fight starts with both a fair distance away, Doflamingo uses Black Knight (assuming he doesn't use thread manip) and sends it after Gilgamesh. Black Knight is way faster than Gilgamesh and has the potential to take him out on his own, but for the sake of continuing the fight, let's say Gilga destroys it. He thinks he has won, and suddenly Doflamingo hits him from behind with threads or a solid strike and one-shots by either decapitating Gilgamesh, or skewering him completely (scaling <2.5GT to someone with basically 100MT or 385MT durability... yeah that's not even an argument).

It's even worse if Doflamingo chooses to 2v1 with the BK since they're both faster, and Doffy has no qualms of using his own power to take the brunt of the assault, and he'll be analyzing as he fights.

Sni is a non factor here since fsn gil actively ignores it

Also if Doffy starts dodging gil will either open a sphere of gob around him to ensure they dont miss, or he will use enkidu and chain him down

>ignoring the fact that Doflamingo has Kenbunshoku, meaning he'd clear the area before something like that happens, and he's basically faster than characters nearly double Gilga's speed.

@Schee - If the calculation is wrong, then why is it still on Ex's profile?
Because it hasn't been updated.

The calc has been proven to be wrong almost 5 months ago an edits are only starting now

Doffy still takes this due to 2v1 (Even BK can possibly one-shot, and its destruction has literally no consequence), and the AP/Dura gap resulting in a possible instant finish. Even if Gilga resorts to hax, Doflamingo still has the advantage if he simply uses his Awakening or more ranged attacks.

Also, if Doflamingo ever lands Parasito or his threads to restrict Gilga's movement, it's basically over, as he'll simply start ripping him apart.

>Both at High 7-A

But there's no High 7A Gil. Well GoB is High 7-A, but his durability is only 7-A.
