Match - Fight at 6-C form! I may restrict Power Null so it can only be used on immortality, maybe. Depends on what you guys say.

I'm going to say Inconclusive.

Qrow has some resistances to Kiiro's abilities,and they both have decent Regenerationn to keep fighting, albeit, Kiiro has vastly superior Regenerationn.

Unless I'm mistaken, both have about equal chances of defeating the other. Kiiro with BFR (Various), and Qrow with Power Nullification and Soul Manipulation.

I vote for Qrow. Mostly csuse of team loyakty, and his luck factor may ballance things towards his favor, despite the two being so close.
