"Moves at lightning speed" is one of the most common instances of flowery language in all of literature, so much so that as a wiki we tend to expect evidence that it isn't flowery language; that it is flowery language is the default assumption.

So who you expect me to have that requierement when the instant they bring a lightning speed confirmation you just assume its Flowery Language?

I can understand why he used this statement, he saw a electro char use electro powers to move at extremly high speeds in which he assumed that the statement makes sense,
Anyway j posted some ctg scans so is that suffice for mhs scaling?

Well. Like I said, I would consider something like dodging cloud-to-ground lightning valid, given that you have provided statements of legitimate weather manipulation. That'd do it.

This is the real original text,about the "摇撼地心的海啸" I'm pretty sure this is just used to describe the far-reaching impact of the tsunami, not to say that Osial created something like an earthquake(btw I'm very curious about how a tsunami can directly affect the core of the earth)

Also, to be fair, dodging a normal thunderstorm probably wouldn't net MHS, since you'd only need to move a meter or so compared to thousands of meters moved by the storm. The crux of this issue is arguing that Electro attacks are 1:1 with real world lightning enough that we can consider them to be the same speed, rather than the speed of other sources of electricity (which we can rate as low as Subsonic, in fact).

Oh my bad i tought you meant if that ability can be dodged or not, not that someone actually dodged it...well lisa has no combat cutscene in game so no there isnt anyone who dodged her attack
 
Alright. If there's any other instance of a CtG attack proper, I'm open to MHS. Otherwise, I would prefer just scaling the cast to Hypersonic, with the higher echelon individuals outlined in the OP being "At least Hypersonic".
 
I managed to scrape up a simplified rework of Amber/Bennett speed that includes some scans that show that it isn't just Amber's arrows/reactions that can keep up, but also just her actual movement speed. I'm still good with the Hypersonic, likely (Insert Speed Rating), (Insert Speed Rating) Combat speed and reactions- but I do wanna know if these new scans are enough to push it to just a flat rating (e.g. just Insert Speed Rating).

Speed: Massively Hypersonic+ (or whatever speed we are using) (Able to keep up with the fight against the Fellflower alongside Eula and the Inazuman Traveler- nearly landing a hit on its Albedo form. She was able to outspeed Barnabas who was able to react to her arrows. Barnabas should be comparable to a corrupted Collei who managed to keep up with Kaeya Alberich)

I don't really see the Hypersonic scaling here.. It's a travel speed feat, there's no explanation there that it scales to her combat speed tbh

The current state of Genshin rn, literally.
Well, I mean nobody is doing it other than Woomica and basically nobody is polishing the profile with actual good justifications in it.
If there are any volunteers that you know, go ahead. Else, well I don't know honestly.. Considering Honkai: Star Rail threads are mostly abandoned.

We need supporters that's experienced, we have Woomica for the framework and well I guess someone that can polish it enough so it's actually good (grammar issues, justifications etc looks bad but I mean again nobody is actually going to revise them in the meantime anyways).

This is not to mention HI3, which in its current state is dead. Honkai: Star Rail is good enough but mostly it lacks Powers & Abilities. The problem is that the additions with these are mostly abandoned with no staffs checking on them.

Sad I try very hard to make the profiles good.

Jokes aside I can apply the changes if all I’m doing is just change it to Hypersonic unless Mr Bambu also disagree with it .

That's too much ngl, but yeah sure go on. Though I don't know what the justification is gonna be like, I still think Hypersonic is mostly exclusive to travel speed only..
You could debate the God Tiers would've scaled to Hypersonic because they're obviously way above their league (vision holders) but other than that yeah it's still supersonic+ I guess personally imo for most vision holders

@Giannysmag also works on the verse, he also helped me rewrite AP justifications for god tiers

Well im open for Hypersonic travel with Mhs combat/reaction speed for everyone and probably keep mhs+ to god tiers like Ei,Neuvilette,Capitano and others comparable to like peak of genshin scaling.
Or just straight up Hypersonic, and not travel because layla is just a low tier character and if shes capable of moving that fast other higher tiers wont have a problem with that but i like first option more
