ulquiorra wins . he has regen and can fly , spam cero and lanza . That is the good stuff than what genos has

Ulquiorra has flight and Regenerationn as long as Genos doesn't hit a vital organ but it would be tough with his Hierro. I think Ulquiorra got this.

Ulquiorra for reasons above. Plus would Genos even be able to see Ulquiorra? Forgive me because i dont read or watch One Punch Man but from what known users imply to me, i dont think anyone in OPM has any spiritual awareness or sensory kind of abilities so, for being a hollow with soul reaper powers, i dont think Genos could see Ulquiorra.

Ulquiorra has a significant edge in Hax, being able to regen, fly, and spam techniques such as Cero at Genos.
