Okay. That is probably fine to apply then, as long as it is the Post-Rebirth version of Wonder Woman, and not the Post-Flashpoint version. 🙏

The Post-Flashpoint profiles that are Pre-Rebirth are basically dated. 4-B comes from downscaling from Post-Crisis/Post-Flashpoint before the revisions, which have since been removed. And it was especially agreed to avoid solid ratings given the nature of fluctuated powers. Though not sure where they land aside from them being considerably much weaker than Rebirth era.

This change would only apply to her Rebirth key.

Then should she be only "3-C" since Rebirth supes is "ussually 3-C, 2-C at his peak" ?

No she should get the 3-C, possibly 2-C rating too.
She is a combination of her Post-Crisis and new 52 selves, like every other rebirth character to date.

I do agree with this, but it seems like no one has touched her profile in a long time, so i don't know who would want to make her a new profile. I mean i would love to do it but i'm simply not knowledgeble enough.

can time travel be added to superman and supergirl in their post flashpoint profiles, they've been doing it since the start of world's finest

By the way, has anybody else been reading Tom King's Wonder Woman run? Beyond being very well-written, it has made me appreciate Tom King as a person. My current impression of him is that he is a world-weary warrior with the soul of an idealistic and humane poet, which is worthy of respect from my viewpoint.

I still don't think that he has the best track record in terms of common sense, as he inexplicably devolved all of Booster Gold's positive character development over the years for no good reason, and also basically character-assassinated Wally West for bad reasons, but I do think that he genuinely means well, and he seems to have a lot of respect for women as on average being considerably nicer and emotionally stronger than men, which coincides with my experiences as well. 🙏

Just a note that I will try to not condemn writers with storytelling practices that I heavily dislike in a concluding manner on a personal level, even though I still heavily disapprove of when they in my view spread extremely ideologically cruel, callous, sadistic, and amoral mindsets on a massive scale.

Basically, I do not know almost anything about them privately or personally, and they are naturally evolving and hopefully gradually improving their characters over time.

I just disapprove of what they are doing, but that can, for example, very well be done from lack of awareness or despairing sensory overload, rather than what I would define as malevolent or wantonly irresponsible intentions. So, I want to at least try to disapprove of the actions rather than the doers. 🙏

If it is official information, I suppose so, although going by my experiences, in real life it is essentially the reservoir for all collected repressed sum total human evil, so I strongly recommend any people able to to access it to try to mentally and spiritually avoid it like a plague. 🙏
 
It does not seem to be particularly complicated. There are an enormous amount of realms of fiction that were all created by Kevin Thorn, who was in turn created by the Pathetic Fallacy, and that is pretty much it.

It basically seems to build on a standardised semi-atheistic writer god-complex as an apparent complete misunderstanding of how the divine genuinely works, somewhat similarly to The Unwritten. Or it was simply a plot convention to create stories. 🙏
