I have 2 canidates, both from different verses

For Above Average I'd like to put Red Hood up there. He's an incredibly skilled fighter, being able to take on multiple trained prisioners and criminals at the same time. He's also a good strategist, being able to strategize how to beat people with firearms while he was barehanded and could come up with a plan to take down a gang of loan sharks, which ended up working

For Extraordinary Genius I think Amik should definetly be up there. He is capable of calculating thousands of different possible ways a fight can go, find out what's most likely to happen based off of how the opponent fights, then come up with several thousand different ways to counter said attack, see what's most likely to work and what won't work, all through mental calculations he does in an instant with his ESI state, having immaculate accuracy. He also countered Evil Amik's ESI state and came up with a way to counter it and eventually kill Evil Amik, all without using his own ESI state. He is also an incredible stratagist and planner, being even better than the other Extraordinary Genius in his verse, Carla, who could come up with plans to take down entire squads of US soldiers

• Was able to completely baffle and utterly confuse the best swordmasters of her time with her techniques.
• Made her sixth sense evolve subsconsiously in combat.
• Went from being utterly confused to how a sword style worked to learning all about it and developing a counter in an instant she saw how the sword was swung.
• Could outskill beings that represented abstract concept of war and weaponry.
• When blinded (It's a long story) her senses instinctively honed themselves to be her own eyes until they returned.
• Through pure skill alone, she was capable of forming millions upon millions of attacks that were making Hoshi Kinko have to focus all of its processing power into just generating the attacks and effects.

Basically, it was capable of processing multiple universes worth of information and Sarah was still speedblitzing its processing speed.
• 'Broke space' by simply swinging her sword multiple times to the point where it looked like there were five of them.
• Her skill was impossible to evolve to, despite being in a pocket dimension that would continue to keep evolving to keep its prisoners within itself.
• Forced the pocket dimension in question to grow in not only space, but also forced itself to create its own stars.
• Was capable of wielding a dozen blades all at once, but considered it 'not a challenge'.
• Upon the concept of her very technique being created, Hoshi Kinko was forced to evolve to even contain it in the first place.
• The concept of her technique later on broke out of Hoshi Kinko just through her honing and improving upon it.
• Just upon glancing at a small portion of the light of the concept of her transcendent technique, she instantly learned how to control and alter it to her whim.

Maybe I can revive this. I'm bored so I'll be submitting MEGA for Extraordinary Genius using his Post-Awakening key I suppose. I'll go over a few categories.

Prediction: MEGA post-awakening has many forms of prediction, ranging from electromagnetic radars to simple intuition. Notably, he was able to predict a man named Koitern while he was moving so fast that MEGA could only see his after-images. Despite the gap in speed, through sheer prediction MEGA was able to keep up with him, and by the time he matched him in speed, Koitern was buried beneath thousands of "pre-movements." In his mind, he was countering strikes thousands of attacks into the future that Koitern hadn't even conceptualized yet. MEGA was also able to contend with a woman named Veselka (A demon that had mastered every element of magic and every art of combat across hundreds of years), who could also reliably predict thousands of moves ahead and would instantly bury anyone who couldn't do the same. MEGA memorized her technique down to the ebb and flow and mastered the act of countering her before she even began to realize her next moves, until she simply couldn't manage to fight against him.

He's furthermore stated to have the logic-processing equivalent of a quantum supercomputer the size of a star.

Analysis: Even before awakening, MEGA was able to analyze objects using his radiation radar to distinguish every individual particle that made up an entity, a technique that allowed him to instantaneously determine someone's species, physical attributes, weaknesses, pressure points, and etc. While subconscious, against a man named Harak, MEGA analyzed every single nuance and flaw in the man's technique, down to the microsecond at the atomic level, and created a mental blueprint of every exposed opening and weak point in his body, using that to piece him apart with ease in combination with his predictions. While fighting Veselka, MEGA perfectly memorized everything from her technique to the velocity and angle of her strikes, etching the very flow and ebb of her movements into his mind. He is capable of perceiving infinitesimally small gaps in someone's martial arts.

Instinct: MEGA has no problem operating without being conscious. He's created techniques while unconscious (Such as his Abandoning Lightning which he spontaneously invented in order to reflect attacks that he senses would have one-shot him), fought martial artists while unconscious, etc. That Koitern fight and Harak fight both happened while MEGA was unconscious and acting purely on emotion, with it being stated that he wasn't even using the logical part of his brain at the time. Basically he is hardwired to be a combat god and is simply that skilled even without being supported by an actual consciousness.

Technique: MEGA is a master of many artforms. He practices boxing, taekwondo, and muay thai. Earthly techniques that he has continually developed beyond the scope of humanity. trained under the best huntsmen in atlas for two weeks and beat them together with teamwork

trained under Kami, Korin, King Kai, Whis

learned how to use kaioken times 100 by taking advantage of her Aura getting boosted as well with the kaioken, fought Ruby Black in a rematch and beat her due to knowing way more about Ultra Synergy (a new Ultra form she made all on her own by mixing the power of her silver eyes with god ki) as Ruby Black's Ultra Synergy was only growing stronger without limit based on self preservation while ruby's was growing stronger based on wanting to protect everyone

She was praised by Beerus as a genius for being so experienced so as to use Ultra Instinct unconsciously, she mastered Ultra Instinct in less than 48 minutes, a feat that destroyers, who live for hundreds of millions of years, cannot easily perform. She's able to read an opponents intentions and predict the movements of Hit, who has 1000 years of assassination experience, during time stop. She can fight opponents much faster and stronger than her such as Granolah and keep up with them, with him being able to one shot her, via sheer skill. She was able to create such minute movements so as to avoid Granolah's pressure point attacks from hitting her vitals which could defeat her in one attack since she couldn't dodge them completely

can use Ultra Instinct on top of Ultra Synergy despite Ultra Synergy's power is based on confidence, and drive to do her perception of good while Ultra Instinct one must have complete emotional control to avoid disturbing the balance of the Ultra Instinct ability. yet she found a balance for both to be used on top of one another
