- Lilac should have Ice Manipulation in her profile via this (she can also use it without that thing if she´s annoyed enought or bloodlusted )

- Potential resistance to Lilac to Fire, Energy and sharp attacks (via the shields), also applicable to Carol and Milla.

- Sub-relativistic speed and reactions (Lilac often dodges and keeps up with lasers, like this for example ), may scale to the rest of the main cast.

- Invulnerability (for a few seconds) for Lilac, via the rainbow crystal, also applicable to Carol and Milla.

The laser feat needs to be calced (and it needs to be proven to be a "real" laser beam based on the Laser/Light Beam Dodging Feats page).

I'm also not sure about the Ice Manipulation.

Regardless, here's a proposal for the lay-out of the new abilities:

Forcefield Creation (Of Energy, Fire, Water, Wood, Earth, and Metal varieties via Shield Crystals), Invulnerability (With the Invincibility Shield).

I'll watch through Freedom Planet to check for better feats. Beating building-sized enemies only puts Lilac and co. at baseline

Well, as the wiki states, I´ll add some more stuff to what you said:

Lilac in go into a maneuver identical to Sonic's Spin Attack which is strong enough to bash through solid rock. She should have Spin Dash too.

Didn't find too many notable feats. They'll probably have to stay at baseline 8-C via destroying building-sized robots. Attack Potency feats:

• Lilac easily defeats a robot that collapsed part of a building

Lilac's speed feats:

• She can dodge cannonballs
• Ca dodge lasers
• Outpaces Serpentine's ship
• Dodges sound waves

The laser dodging feats are iffy. I'd give her a Supersonic+ rating though.

Her Lifting Strength should be Class 10 since she can push boulders as large as herself .

Oh, as for the lasers well, there´s nothing really that contradicts them for not being lasers, so sub-relativistic Lilac should be applied, unless I´m missing anything.

You can't baselessly pin a laser-dodging speed at Sub-Relativistic. The speed needs to be calced. Plain and simple.

Sorry for the necro but I just checked, and if the lasers are comparable enougth to IRL ones, they can be considered as about those speeds.

It has to be calc´d, however.
