So a 7-C two 9-B's , a 7-B and a unknown / 5-C which only one has time manipulation but really thats not going to do well at all against COD but sure they can beat most of the verse but not at all solo with Monty , 2-C Richtofen an the Shadow man being a thing.

Ari ban is the only one who can do anything. She solos dragon ball but loses to composite dragon ball. She solos undertale with annoying dog being debatable. And she probably loses to an elder scrolls god tier that is above deadric princes and divines.

Edit: I would add ten more but the characters i got were fodder weaklings with two only reaching universal and high universal so it didnt even matter

My boy Killua alone can solo them if he does his best against them. While Kennen would be a challenge, the fact is he is able to keep up with Kennen's movement speed since base, can stat amp and is smart enough to go serious once he notices Kennen has a combat speed and power way higher than his own. He has the gimmicks not to be one-shot (although I bet he'll be dismembered if he takes a hit at his base without doing something crazy like managing to guard it with Ko or some really intense Gyo in a precise spot). Upon activating Kanmuru, he should be able to speedblitz Kennen with movement speed and keep up with his combat well enough that he can throw Kennen's allies at him or use them as meatshields since they're complete fodder, and thus accumulate hits with lightning, yo-yos and claws, possibly enhanced with Shu+Gyo to bypass his insane durability advantage, until he wins. Sure, it will be a fight almost as tough as the one Meruem and Netero had, but differently from that case we have Killua with an amazing intellectual advantage, and Hunter x Hunter is all about dealing with stronger opponents via intelligence and using your own gimmicks to circumvent their advantages, as well as reading your opponents, etc.

That's without speed equalization. Should speed be equalized, Kennen is f*cked the moment Killua activates Kanmuru. Should that fail, any of the Zodiacs can take a crap on Kennen. And the other four, really, they're just so fodder I don't even count them. A normal human with no knowledge of Nen will be able to take most of them on, and anyone who has mastered Ryu and such will solo them. The average hunter solos.

Let's say they're attacking the Academy City and some mages and important non-esper people are trying to defend the city while hiding themselves. IB can negate anywhere from 5-B to Low 2-C, but Touma gets shat on by any animal above 9-C or real life soldier or actual martial artist since he's just a street fighter.

This means Touma breaks the Excalibur with one touch, precogs and IBs the cr*p out of Oboro, possibly seriously damaging him just by touching a body made of fantasy (biological manipulation) with IB, being able to KO or kill him with right-handed punches or at least "camp him out" by hitting manipulated vital parts of the body.

I think the Abyss Watchers will take a lot of teamwork with Touma and someone really important like a crazily powerful magician to take down. Perhaps the focused penetrating power of Othinus's arrows can scratch damage them and that might me useful somewhere, but anyone on the verse can get one-shot by that and it will be really damn tough. Extremely high-diff.

Viktor Reznov... Mikoto Misaka can stomp him.

Dragon Ball: Everyone stomps and speedblitzes these five.

Naruto: Only Elishar and Tosen stand a chance against the top-tiers, and that's because of hax. Eris would hold her own for a while, but would eventually get stomped by Naruto or Sasuke.

A Song of Ice and Fire: Elishar, Tosen, Rossweiss, and Eris would all solo the verse. Mana would probably get killed by magic-users or dragons.

SCP Foundation: Many of them would likely end up being classified as SCPs and contained in facilities designed to neuter their anomalous properties. Tosen would likely be the one who would last the longest, due to being an invisible ghost.

So here is,Wilhelm comes to play,and i must say he can defeat most all of mid-tier Puella Magi,but then here comes Mami and Kazumi,Mami since we all know who she is,toe on toe with insane wolf and give the devourers of death an epic challenge,so i must say Mami win chance is good thought it be 50/50,why? Wilhelm Briah is,gonna say very good,AoE soul hurt can give Mami an difficult since his stake can covering an area for at least 500 meters,don't mention it can bypass her shield via soul contact thought it need to hit her gems,yeah there is chance Mami can lose too,but there is chance Mami can win too. Experience wise Wilhelm is very good,but Mami experience is very good too,and she's combat tactical genious so there is that.

Now move to Kazumi,since Kazumi is already almost defeat Rusalka and now wanna cannibalize that poor girl,i say she have a very good chance agaisnt Wilhelm,she have more very good hax than Mami iirc like Void manip,BFR,etc. Doesn't counted her resistance,her ratio for winning is 80/50 rate.

Hunter x Hunter: Post-Rose Meruem can probably defeat them all, that Kamui guy being the only legitimate threat really.

And now her strongest form,Pneuma form,yeah she wreck all of mid-tier,but then FAINARU MODO Jeanne comes,but FAINARU MODO Jeanne get reckted due of AP,so she need an prep time,with prep time she can keep it up with Pneuma even with gap between them,but if Jeanne BFR her then bye Pneuma,honestly i really want Pneuma vs FAINARU MODO Jeanne but that gap.....
