So i'm just getting back into this whole versus debating thing so why not start off small

Rory has the superior AP, but I'm assuming Mitchell likes to spam his time hax?

In combat for the most part yeah plus his invisibility paired with mute charges something for Rory to deal with as well, but ap wise its still in favor of rory so take that as you will.

Voting for Mitchell. While Rory has the AP advantage and seems to outskill him, Mitchell not only has better hax, but he also has a more versatile equipment and beats her in the range department as well.
