No, it's timestop and Tatsumi resisted it via adapting to stopped time. There was a thread about this some time ago.

This version of Esdeath is not only on the same level of AP but this Natsu doesn't have time resistance

Actually he still has AP advantage and Ice Resistance, so you're reasons are still valid for a Natsu win

Esdeath time stop is ice based, natsu fight with gray all time so he basically know how to counter ice based attack, idk if esdeath shown to freezing flame, if she didn mean gray ice is better than esdeath ice, and natsu can melt it, so melting esdeath ice is not a porblem for natsu.
And tatsumi is able to resist her ice time stop, by gaining ice resistance why it didn't mention in her profile

I'm ''pretty'' sure Natsu's ice resistance is not good enough to resist Ice Manipulation that allows you to freeze time itself. Proof or go home.
