Ok, so Shinra's Relativistic KE calc got accepted as 7-A

This scales to Shinra right before he reaches Light Speed with his Adolla Burst

When Shinra reaches Light Speed, his body starts to dematerialize and we see this happen right as he attacks Stage 4 Burns, and this is preceded by Shinra having an Adolla Link with Sho, which is what Shinra needs to be able to use his Adolla Burst, so the calc would scale to Stage 4 Burns as well

This seems better, since Shinra didn't fully reach lightspeed with this feat as he didn't completely dematerialize.

I think this would also change Burns' speed down to Relativistic.
