The stats are now fine, but I looked at every single spell in the game now, and have found a few things that need to be added. This should be the final thread until the new worlds come out
All characters
- Limited Probability Manipulation (Rank 0 [fodder spells which anyone can use] spells such as black mantle reduces the chance of an opponent being able to use their attack/ability, the standard version of the spell is by 45% and the buffed version is 55%. There are other spells, one for example is vengence, which increases the chances of your spell doing double it's damage when cast)
