Your example falls apart when you consider that the thot fails to pull her hax out of fear wouldn't apply to Fiamma because even if hes frozen in fear, his Stand would still slaps nonetheless

He's not threatened though. She's not threatening his life, she would be if he takes actions against her, which he is unable to do.
