We SHOULD debate more. Many victories for many characters are just "he has this power, stomp" without considering the chances of that particular attack being used or even if he would go for that exact attack. Here, the OP specified that both Lighting and Zygarde are trying to win, so of course they will use everything in their arsenal. Being so varied and with so many possibilities for an outcome, we have to debate which works and what doesn't.

What does that mean exactly? Does it bring her and her opponent back in time?

But it says that Stopga affects Lightning herself, so how would that guarantee her the win? How long does the stop last? Is it the same as Chronostatis, where she can't interact with other beings? Can she move inside the stop or is it just for her to analyse the surroundings? Can she teleport inside the stop? Can she spam teleport as long as she has energy? What's her teleport range?

You do realize Zygarde has Camouflage which cancels his type weaknesses, right?

Also, can someone precise Lightning's Teleport range, please? Because at this point, Zygarde can just fly up to an altitude she can't reach, and just spam stat-boosting and ranged attacks.

Also, what exactly is Steelguard? A shield, a forcefield, a barrier? Her profile says "Guards against all attacks extremely effectively". So she can guard against an endless rain of projectiles and beams that match her Durability and even more than it? Keep in mind that Thousand Arrows gets boosted by Coil and Dragon Dance.

1. Range? Teleport.

2. Stats moves for buffing and debuffing? Light can remove debuffs and apply her own debuffs (of course I know Safeguard is a thing).

3. Danmaku? Heavy Guard + Healing.

4. Zygarde tries to play safe and fly? Use odin.
