Alta Face is the source of all magic Power on the Planet, and Selene warped it.
Alta Face is also able to output massive amounts of energy, as we've seen when it moved hands across the Planet starting from the center.
The same Alta Face attacked the crew with the intent to kill. But that only resulted in overloading their magical power.
By the way Elentir isn't the first or the only world that Selene distorted (or maybe destroyed), she goes around doing this stuff everywhere

Listen, it's gonna take a while for me to apply these revisions, this CRT is basically done and I will eventually apply the changes, so Imma close this now as it doesn't serve a purpose anymore
