EXTREMELY extremely minor ability revise

This is so stupidly minor that I don't even think it warrants a thread like this, but anyways, Link's "Resistance to Vector Manipulation" should be changed to "Minor Resistance to Vector Manipulation" as the reasoning I've seen for why he has that resistance boils down to conveyor belts don't force him to move.

I think it's fine...not sure if he should actually have vector manipulation resistance going by that description but I am not the best person to decide that.

I'm iffy on the vector manipulation resistance too, but I'm just at the moment playing by if it's right, it'd only be minor, thank you.
