Rei has a massive skill advantage and finding out weakness or such mid battle isn't new for him.

About Emperor. He's the strongest power user in the series, Code: Emperor. He is so strong in fact he was stated to be able to control Life and Death and due to that he could revive Rei Ogami once he died at one point. The Emperor is a soul residing in Ogami's arm, because Ogami's left arm is not his own, it's the Emperor's.

What Rei wincon here? Kakine Dark Matter also able disintegrate matter which means if its pass through Rei it will be doom for Rei, unless he has godly regen. Also which kakine used here? post revival or pre revival? Post revival will almost impossible to kill unless Rei had something like Accelerator blackwing which can negate durability even against different verse.

If this pre revival then Rei had some chance by making kakine caught off guard. Even so, it still depend on how Rei power able interact to another verse, especially against reality wrappers such as to aru esper & magicians.
