Also, why is Happy Chaos a Supergenius rather than an Extraordinary Genius?
I assume is due to Happy Chaos discovering and fully understanding the Backyard, writting everything about the Backyard on a book and sealing it there and said book can manipulate the backyard, a higher dimensional place which where it contains all information and the workings of the multiverse on it and is where magic comes from it can be used to do space-time manipulations and more.

From intelligence page:
Take note that for a Supergenius rating to be given based on technological prowess, the character in question should be able to essentially warp reality as they wish on an at least universal (3-A) scale with their inventions, or even use them to overpower tier 1 entities for higher cases. Simply defying the laws of physics with futuristic technology is very common for Extraordinary Geniuses as well.

And there's other things like him being more intelligente than Dr Paradigm and Asuka who also are able to study Tier 1 constructs like the Cube, underworld hill and Backyard.

She should get limited resistance
Why limited?

Like she can resist, just not to those levels, Ramlethal implies Baiken could resist a lower amount.

If we giving limited, it should be about how Baiken can temporarily survive constant higher amounts of information that surpass her resistance before it kills her. Even then, this isn't even a limitation.
It might be worth it to make a key for pre-STRIVE Faust, because he's probably got Below Average intelligence now and greatly diminished magic, if any.

I would suggest waiting for more information, playable Faust can still talk, do tasks and magic, the problem is his mental state and lack of information about what happened to him in the end of the DLC story.

Edit: Faust after the events its on a journey with Chronus, soo he's fine, his speech manner in-game is likely due to his mental state.
