Dark Matter Kakine is just information and an inanimate object. The concept of whether he has a soul is debatable on if you think pure information can house a soul or not. His organs, however, may still house his Soul but Rimuru would have to find where it's housed. But even that is just a theory. It depends on your intepretation but: DM Bodies are just matter with personality information in them.
