Ah, this is a interesting fight.
I dare say Escanor edges Acqua with raw power, considering we have still not seen Escanor at noon, and even so he was still >> At least island level chars.
However Acqua has unlimited amounts of stamina due to Divine mothers mercy, and I think his movement using his water powers can keep him unpredictable to melee attacks, he just needs to contend with sunshines massive range, and cruel sun which could potentially oneshot, but Escanor gets weaker the longer this fight continues..
Very close match, im undecided for right now.
On a side note I wonder if Acqua power to negate sin based attacks could help him against Escanors powers here.

Escanor at noon can take this with the massive strength upgrade, it's annoying that there's nothing to calc yet.
