So I decided to check the calcs for Alibaba and they lead to a few numbers, the largest of which is 12 megatons . Why is something not even x2 baseline City the reasoning for High 6-C?

PoF Erza oneshots a 500 gigaton attack and almost does the same to a 500 gigaton character with the same swing so if she hits there is a chance she could do the same here. If not, Alibaba gets the x4~5 AP advantage after a few seconds.

Is that a vote for Alibaba? Also Erza does have her Dura Negating Armors, even if her power up is temporary

Not sure yet. Erza doesn't default to stuff like Nakagami though she probably would if her Clear Heart couldn't beat the guy. How does "cuttimg the laws of magic" interact with his stuff?
