After using his nuclear blasts Firestorm usually attempts to restrain the enemy, either by solidifying the air around them to solid titanium (Also amber) or by controlling the ground to hold them

Firestorm can also use his Molecular Reconstruction powers to create shields to block Makino's energy beams

Those shields could block attacks from Parasite when he had Firehawk's powers (Who's basically equal to Firestorm), so they definitely have tier 5 durability.

Ok, so it depends on how Ronnien creates his shields, if they are spherical it will cost Makino to get past them, if they are not, then he can just aim somewhere else.

Most of Ronnie's shields just face one direction (Some redirect energy beams tho)

Ronnie's control over his density also allows him to phase through energy blasts (Ronnie doesn't spam it in character tho)

well, if makino feels overwhelmed he could try to absorb the surroundings or use TK, also Turbo Modes are a massive speed amp, so if he decided to use his speed mode then he blitzed Ronnie

What stops Ronnie from transmutating the Makino parts in Max's body to water? He has done it before on 2 separate occasions (Against Cliff and an O.M.A.C Drone)
